Description
We have a great opportunity for an Accounts Assistant to join this growing company based in Hexham.The role:
The reconciliation of clients monies
Preparation of rental statements and the transfer of clients monies
Processing of agents fees
Liaising with Managers and the Accounts team to reconcile bank accounts
Processing incoming and outgoing deposits
You will possess superb organisational and communication skills and have the ability to prioritise a busy and demanding workload and to stay calm under pressure.
It is also vital that you have excellent customer service skills, be an enthusiastic and energeticindividual with the will to overcome difficulties.
An an individual you will maintain high standards of professionalism with clients, colleagues and contractors and it would be an advantage for you to have previous experience of VAT.
