As Business Support Hub Coach you will support the operations teams to enhance overall performance and customer outcomes as well as identifying training needs and coaching solutions.
What you'll do
- Work in partnership with key stakeholders and line managers to identify training and coaching needs for individuals and the team.
- Recommend solutions to deliver the needs identified and deliver in a structured timetable of activates evidencing key objectives.
- Deliver training and coaching interventions by a variety of medium including Classroom, Team meetings, Facilitation, and one to one Coaching
- Support teams with both telephony, webchat and customer service skills and regulatory requirements by way of "on job" accompaniments, giving feedback in verbal and written format
- Deliver Sales Operations Training Inductions for new starters (where L&D Training can't deliver due to low number of recruits)
- Produce evaluation activity, recommend solutions for improvement and implement for the area overall
What you'll bring
- Previous experience in a coaching/mentoring essential
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Training/Facilitation Skills preferable
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Proven track record in a Sales or Customer Service environment
- Good Understanding of T&C policies
- Experienced in 'tough' conversations focused on driving individuals' performance.
