We are looking for an experienced energetic and passionate Transport Administrator to support our fast paced logistics team.

Responsibilities:

Run the busy transport window
Check out and debrief drivers
Monitor the route tracking and telematics systems
Provide administrative support to the management team.
Ensure the accuracy of data entry into the system.
Provide customer service to internal and external customers.
You have experince in a similar position
Ready for a long term career in an extremely fast paced business
Have a positive outlook and can bring energy to the team
Excellent communication skills
Super organised and good priorisation skills
Problem solver and looking for a long term career
Confirm holidays can only be taken in the school holidays as we are a school business
Have a clean driving licence
