Our client is a Health and Social Care Group is a clinical led, Health & Social care specialist. Their Head office currently based in Aylesbury and two Branch offices based in, Milton Keynes & Reading. The business provides public sector services undercontract to the NHS and Local authorities. They also provide private services in various locations. The organisation is a dynamic organisation with client focussed. Staff are valued and supported, and their contributions are encouraged.


Job Summary:

A leadership role in a specialist Physiotherapy, First Contact Practitioner (FCP) and Community services ( Eg: Falls Prevention services) provided to public and private sector in UK.

Responsible, together with the BusinessOwner and other senior staff, for the operational, regulatory and financial performance of the business in line with the agreed strategic targets.

Responsible for the effective implementation of new services, HR, Staff recruitment, financial governance processesand to ensure compliance with all regulatory governance requirements of the business.

To ensure that the business achieves external recognition for the quality of services.


Main Duties of Job:


The post will be largely office based but from time to time will require visits to operational units and to meetings with commissioning authorities, GP Surgeries, PCN's, Visiting new premises stabilities of clinics/ services, Landlords meetings & agreements.


Responsible for the effective implementation of financial governance processes and to ensure compliance with all regulatory governance requirements of the business.

To ensure that the business achieves external recognition for the quality of services.

Work jointly with other team members to promote a culture of constant quality and performance improvement across the business.


Support the development of all staff individually ensuring that all policy and practice are aligned and that business processes are kept under constant review.

Essential skills

You must be able to drive

You will have experience of managing clinical staff and administration support staff

You must be able to travel to multiple sites

Experience of working with senior level nursing and healthcare professionals

**Location Remote but must be able to travel to Milton Keynes once a week and Reading twice a month
