Description
CMA Recruitment Group are working with a reputable, growing business based in central Southampton, Hampshire, to help them recruit a newly created Purchase Ledger Assistant.
The Purchase Ledger Assistant will report into the Finance Manager and duties will include:
- Maintain purchase ledger for the group;
- Checking and coding invoices;
- Processing staff expenses;
- Setting up of new supplier accounts and maintaining existing account details;
- Reconciliation of supplier statements;
- Being first point of contact for all relevant enquiries.
- Prior experience in an office environment, ideally some experience with finance or purchase ledger;
- Strong attention to detail and comfortable working independently.
