The Head of Marketing and Communications will be an enthusiastic professional excited to live and achieve IAME's vision and values.
You will be a fantastic communicator and collaborator at every level, using your energy to influence and energise from the Boardroom to the Lunchroom.
While you will have the opportunity to grow and develop your team over the years, you will enjoy getting your hands dirty implementing your strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Create a marketing plan and make sure to implement the actions to complement the wider sales (lead generation within target buyer personas) and communication strategy (brand and content strategy).
- Promote and organise business events.
- Keep the PR strategy alive with the use of media coverage and creative thinking.
- Work with the Account Director and SMEs to develop enduser campaign events (e.g. Customer Success stories via different contents (video, audio, articles)).
- Being the marketing and communication content expert for our different online channels (website, blogs, social networks, etc.) and traditional channels with promotional material (PPT, CVs, leaflets, brochures etc.).
- Analysis and reporting to senior management with suggestions for ways forward.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure marketing efforts support overall business objectives.
- Stay abreast of cybersecurity trends and integrate relevant insights into marketing initiatives.
- Craft and manage the marketing budget, optimising resources for maximum impact.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, industry influencers, and media outlets.
- Analyse market data and customer feedback to refine marketing strategies and improve campaign effectiveness.
- Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Relevant certifications in marketing or cybersecurity are advantageous.
- Proven experience working in Marketing in the cybersecurity industry.
- Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance standards.
- Deep understanding of cybersecurity concepts, technologies, and market dynamics.
- Demonstrated success in developing and implementing successful marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Minimum English level: proficient
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use datadriven insights for decisionmaking.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Relevant certifications in marketing or cybersecurity are advantageous.
Location
- Hybrid. Remote work allowed, with meetings in London once per week.
Compensation:
- Gross salary: £60,000 to £70,000 Based on experience.
