Join our team at Trinity Leeds Shopping Centre as a Guest Services Host in the Guest Services Lounge and be part of delivering exceptional service every day.

With a shift available on Saturdays from 08:30 to 20:30, you'll have the opportunity to provide efficient and effective service to our clients, Guests, exceeding their needs and requirements whenever possible.


By supporting the management team with administrative tasks and offering assistance as needed, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining a high standard of work.

Take ownership of all enquiries at the reception area, using your questioning and listening skills to identify and offer solutions to customers' needs.

Remember to always be professional, courteous, and maintain a professional appearance, following the rules regarding personal presentation.

Answer telephone queries clearly and professionally, handle corporate orders and Trinity Gift card sales, and manage lost property at Trinity Leeds.

Stay vigilant and report any suspicious activity to the Control Room while supporting with Fire Emergency situations as instructed.

Follow the correct procedure to forward customer complaints to the Client, and live by the Trinity Leeds and Landsec Values to help shape our vision.


What we are looking for

Minimum of 2 years in retail or similar background
