Landmark IFA, Wealth Management firm based in Stamford is looking for a Financial Administrator to join their busy team in Stamford, supporting a large team of professional Advisers.
Key skills and knowledge required:
- Previous experience within fastpaced financial planning practice
- Meet the daytoday administration needs in an accurate and timely manner and in accordance with any agreed standards and procedures.
- To liaise/correspond effectively with Financial Advisers, Paraplanners and administration team
- To plan, prioritises and manage workloads effectively to meet targets and deadlines. Share any concerns or issues quickly, taking necessary steps to rectify.
- To respond in a professional and timely manner to incoming enquiries from customers with regard to all types of the department's business using appropriate tools as necessary.
Personal Profile:
- Minimum of 1 years' experience in the financial services industry or a desire progress in the industry by taking financial exams, which Landmark IFA LTD provided full support and funding.
- Have a professional, proactive, and positive attitude.
- Analytical with a keen eye for detail.
