Wild are working alongside a well-known established brand, working as a Payroll Administrator.


This is a fantastic opportunity to not only work for a good company, but also gain experience in a role that can offer a chance to develop on your skill set.

As a Payroll Administrator you will be supporting to get the payroll in line with all departments.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Processing new starters, leavers
  • Inputting data
  • Processing sick pay, SSP / SMP / SPP and Shpp
  • Provide updates/ reports on payroll
  • Preparing BACS payment file
  • Supporting with payroll queries
  • Carrying out payroll year end activities
  • Always looking for ways to improve processes

Experience Required:


  • Previously processed inhouse payroll from start to finish
  • Experience in analysing data
  • Worked in a high volume payroll team
  • Managed and resolved payroll queries
  • Great attention to detail
  • Experience working in a fast paced role
  • MK Office skills with advanced Excel knowledge (pivot tables, Vlookup, IF statements)
  • Worked in a cloud based payroll system
