Who We Are

We are a neighbourhood pizza joint with 26 internal covers and 36 external covers, and a consistently busy takeaway offering all year round.

We expect this summer to be our even busiest yet

Starting as a street food van, and the first to bring Neapolitan and Brooklyn style pizza to Newcastle, we now have a thriving mobile catering arm alongside two restaurants.

Our pizza is award winning, creative and has featured on several TV shows

Due to the size of site and team this is a service heavy role - not one for if you're looking to hide in an office or shy away from responsibility.

As Supervisor you will report to the General Manager and be responsible for supporting and assisting them.

Working alongside the General Manager to maintain daily business activities, including overseeing staff, delivery high standard customer service and proactively and efficiently problem solving.

Main Responsibilities/Duties

• Assisting the General Manager in service, management duties, and the delegation of tasks
• Show genuine passion for hospitality and everything it entails, particularly the products we provide
• Consistently deliver superior customer service and hold all team members to this high standard
• Supervise, motivate, and direct staff
• Follow health and safety practices and complete all relevant paperwork
• Promote the "vibe" and service standards as laid out by the senior management team
• Proactive and efficient problem solving

Weekend and evening work to be expected.

Must Haves

• 1 year's management experience in a hospitality setting
• Genuine love of good food
• Positive, cando attitude

Desirable

• Personal Licence
• Experience using Zonal Aztec
