Working Pattern:
Mon - Thurs 8:00-19:00pm, Fri 9:00-17:30pm, Sat 10:00am-14:00pm (please note Saturdays are 1 in 4)

The Role
The overall purpose is to maximise the customers experience using the companies services and dealing with their queries.


The Responsibilities

  • Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Acknowledging and responding to customer queries promptly.
  • Understanding our business, to help with queries.
  • Using various channels to communicate with customers.
  • Working as part of a team.
  • Be able to communicate with other departments in the business.
  • Uploading data to customer files.
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers and teammates always.
  • Maintaining confidentiality and abiding by all regulatory requirements.
  • Going above and beyond for customers.

The Requirements

  • Experience in customer service.
  • Previous experience within a financial, dental, or medical role advantageous.
  • Excellent organisational, communication and administrative skills.
  • Good IT skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office.
