The Campaign Marketing Specialist for Leica Biosystems is responsible for developing marketing excellence in the planning, alignment, and execution of integrated campaigns to be deployed within the EMEA Markets.

This position is part of the Global Marketing Team and will be based in the EMEA Region fully remote. At Leica Biosystems, our vision is to advance cancer diagnostics and improve lives.

You will be a part of the EMEA Marketing Team, you will be responsible for working collaboratively regional marketing teams and the global digital team to create and drive effective campaigns to achieve marketing-generated revenue and funnel targets.

A successful Campaign Marketing Specialist will understand regional growth objectives as well as the mechanism of successful integrated campaigns. They will collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure clear campaign objectives utilizing existing tools and processes (i.e. segmentation, personas, launch excellence).

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

Drive the strategy and execution of EMEA Marketing Campaigns, execute campaigns by employing a mix of tactics including but not limited to, multi-channel digital programs, content marketing, account-based marketing, events, tele-lead generation and third-party advertising
Work collaboratively for execution and optimization
Ensure alignment of content strategy with campaign plans by working closely with regional marketing managers and content developers
Develop and maintain regional campaign calendar
Optimize campaign initiatives and their performance

The essential requirements of the job include:

Bachelors in relevant business field
Project management skills and ability to manage the priorities of multiple stakeholders
The ability to drive creativity while respecting the need for process & SW development
Ability to drive and champion change while being collaborative
Influencing skills: able to reach out and get other functions and departments to align on broader goals and processes

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

Healthcare / Diagnostics or other regulated industry
