Description

We are currently recruiting for a Resident Liaison Officer to work in Kent/Medway area.

Our client is a main contractor focusing on the social housing sector in reactive works and planned maintenance; you will be responsible for acting as the company's representation to the residents across the contract.

Jobs duties/responsibilities:

Maintain and develop client/customer and tenant relationships.
Have a good understanding of the contracts and set requirements.
Be able to communicate/ provide any relevant information effectively and handle any customerbased duties such as: visits, interviews, surveys, and complaints.
Admin duties.

Able to drive, have your own car, happy to travel from site to site.
