We are a fun and dynamic marketing agency, focused on the IT and telecoms market. We act as a virtual marketing office for our clients delivering new and exciting strategies on a daily basis. Our strategies are focussed on inbound marketing, PR and brandawareness.

You will be a member of the marketing team responsible for developing client strategies along with driving the growth of these accounts.

You will be strategizing with clients and the rest of the team to deliver campaign plans and execute marketing strategyfor clients and demonstrate ROI.

You will be required to develop and execute client's inbound and digital strategies as well as deliver them on time.

The Role

Creating inbound strategies and tactical plans for clients
Working well with the team to execute plans
Working with clients to understand business direction
Understand marketing analytics and how to make these easy for the client to understand and how to use them to improve your campaigns
Grasp the commercials of the agency
Lead the digital strategy of clients
Effectively time manage multiple projects
Oversee the creation of all client reporting in partnership with the Marketing Team
Innovate with new proposals and ideas for both clients + the agency with the goal of achieving agreed objectives

The Successful Applicant
The ideal Marketeer will be able to demonstrate the following Skills and Experience

You will be responsible for providing strategy on these channels and discuss them with clients
Flexible approach to tasks and process change and willing to bring new ideas to the table
A good communicator with the team and your clients
Desire to build the agency in inbound marketing and drive the company vision and targets
HubSpot knowledge desirable
Agency experience desirable but not essential
