Recruitment Consultant

Lobster Recruitment are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to help grow our office and bring in new client business.


Key Objectives:


  • To achieve personal financial and KPI targets in line with the Company budget, through effective business development activity and service delivery to clients.
  • Identifying and developing existing and new client job opportunities.
  • To be able to work 360 degrees on a recruitment desk.
  • Ensure that all staff, are motivated, supported and driven to allow the business to push sales forward
  • Whilst you will be expected to strive and grow sales within existing clients, you will also be measured and challenged to grow the business into other areas to increase head count.

Skills, Knowledge & Qualifications Required:


  • Business development experience, with a proven track record of target achievement.
  • Previous experience in recruitment, sales or temporary staffing preferred.
  • Ability to forge business relationships.
  • Strong communication skills both written & verbal.
  • Innovative and creative, with a continuous improvement approach.
  • Good IT skills.
  • Ability to organise and prioritise.
  • Excel within a fast paced environment.

Job Types:

Salary:
£20,000.00-£30,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:
