In total CPD has a hire fleet stretching over 400 pieces of equipment, well prepared to meet the needs of their customers CPD's entire fleet is maintained to the highest standard by their fully trained service

Main Purpose of Job:
Assist with the day to day running of the rental dept. Must possess excellent communication skills, be able to work as part of a team as well own initiative. Ability to work quickly and efficiently with an eye for detail. Preferably to have some experience in the automotive industry.

Customers, Drivers, and Workshop


Main Tasks of Job:


  • Process warranty claims
  • Ensure all documentation is correct and up to date
  • Organise deliveries and collections
  • Maintain health and safety standards
  • Deal with incoming calls and breakdown calls
  • General Admin Duties
  • Liaise with Workshop Administrator
  • Take calls with fault reports from hire and warranty customers
  • Liaise with service engineers, tasking them with job call out details
  • Organise the movement of our hire fleet to and from customer addresses
  • Enter job sheet details into database and generate invoices
  • The above is not an exhaustive list of duties and you will be expected to perform different tasks as necessitated by your changing role within the organisation and the overall business objectives of the organisation.

Keyloop experience preferred but not required

Job Types:

Salary:
£20,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
