**Credit Operations - Graduate Opportunity
Full Time | 1 Year Contract - highly likely to be extended
£24k + excellent benefits
Slough**We are currently seeking Business-related Graduate to join a fantastic business in Slough as a Credit Operations Executive. This role will involve customer service, administration, data management and credit control duties.


You will be joining a dynamic and fast paced environment and is a perfect opportunity for someone who is ready to roll their sleeves up and kick start their career within a progressive and highly successful business within the financial services sector.


Job duties:


  • Responding and providing support to customer queries
  • Processing any contract changes, updating the contract management system
  • Making outbound calls to customers when required
  • Undertaking any collections/ credit control activities
  • Liaising with other departments in the business to ensure resolution of queries
  • Allocating payments received accurately
  • Ensuring any issues are escalated and management are aware of any potential issues
  • Treating customers with respect, empathy and excellent customer service at all times
  • Adhering to regulatory processes and policies at all times

Requirements:


  • Ideally graduated within the last three years with a Businessrelated degree
  • An excellent attitude to work and learning
  • Ability to use own initiative
  • Strong attention to detail
