Description

This role will come with route to partnership and heading up the dispute resolution department in 12-18 months.

Responsibilities:


  • Advise clients on a wide range of civil litigation matters, including contract disputes, contentious probate, debt recovery, and property disputes
  • Represent clients in courts, tribunals and other forums as required
  • Manage a varied caseload of civil litigation matters, ensuring that deadlines are met and clients are kept fully informed
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and other stakeholders

Requirements:


  • Qualified solicitor with at least 5 years of PQE in civil litigation
  • Excellent knowledge of civil litigation procedures and a deep understanding of the legal issues involved
  • Strong advocacy and negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
