About the Role


Having a proven track record in delivering strategies which effectively motivate and engage students you will work alongside Deputy Heads of Department, Heads of Department, the Deputy Head of Centre and the Head of College to implement retention, achievement and progression strategies.

You will be a solution focused individual with an ability to motivate and lead other colleagues and communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders to safeguard and support learners.

As a Head of Pastoral Support, you also will lead the pastoral team in inspiring every learner to achieve a successful outcome both academically and socially as well as coordinating the enrichment opportunities at the centre.

You will have a passion to co-ordinate positive destinations and ensure every learner has a wide variety of career / university opportunities and will be responsible to report on the successful destination of our learners.

The post will suit an individual who strives for excellence and relishes the opportunity to ensure that all of our students are able to achieve their true potential.
