Salary:
£48,000 - £52,000***
What you'll be doing:
- You will be the Early Careers Technicians POC for Apprentices on the scheme, ensuring that Technician apprentices fulfil the requirements of the apprenticeship standard whilst meeting IBP timescales. Furthermore, you will be responsible for the Apprentice Management in terms of conduct, performance and attendance, and this will entail line manager responsibilities.
- The design, planning and management of the schemes and the apprentice placements will be key to this role and you will work closely with the UK Shared Services Skills Coaches, ensuring appropriate support, governance and assurance activities are carried out
- You will look to the future and explore opportunities to improve and enhance to ensure that they align to our future skill requirements. At the end of their apprenticeship, you will deliver our Technicians Business to the Air functions, aligning their behaviours, skills, knowledge and capabilities with the functional demand
