Our client is currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Inside Sales Representative to join their reputable International Removal company.


As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving the business growth by providing exceptional sales support to clients seeking relocation services across borders.


Your ability to build strong relationships, understand customer needs, and communicate our services effectively will be instrumental in ensuring a seamless and successful moving experience for our clients.


Responsibilities:


Client Engagement:
Initiate contact with prospective customers, understand their relocation requirements, and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs. Effectively communicate the benefits of the International Removal Services and address any inquiries or concerns.

Sales Conversion:

Convert leads into sales by actively following up on inquiries, providing timely and accurate quotes, and negotiating pricing to secure customer agreements.

Employ persuasive selling techniques to drive conversions and exceed sales targets.

Relationship Building:
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to enhance customer loyalty and generate repeat business. Regularly communicate updates on shipment status, delivery schedules, and any relevant information to keep customers informed and satisfied.

Collaboration:

Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth coordination of customer shipments, resolve potential issues, and maintain service excellence throughout the relocation process.


Market Research:
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor services, and pricing to remain competitive and identify opportunities for business growth.

Data Management:

Accurately input and update customer information, sales activities, and other relevant data in the company's CRM system to track sales performance and generate reports for management.


Customer Feedback:
Collect customer feedback, testimonials, and reviews to further enhance service quality and identify areas for improvement.


Requirements:


Previous Sales Experience:
Proven track record in inside sales, preferably in the logistics, relocation, or international moving industry.


Customer-Centric Approach:
Strong customer service skills with a focus on building and maintaining positive relationships.


Excellent Communication:
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely.

Negotiation Skills:
Demonstrated ability to negotiate and close sales deals effectively.

Organizational Skills:
Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple clients and tasks simultaneously, ensuring no detail is overlooked.

Cultural Awareness:
Awareness and sensitivity to diverse cultural backgrounds and international practices to handle global clientele.

Tech-Savvy:
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to streamline processes and improve productivity.
