We are looking for an Individual Giving Officer to join our friendly and welcoming team here at Hft. This is your chance to make a real difference to people's lives.


Help people with a learning disability live their best lives possible by using your supporter engagement skills as an Individual Giving Officer at Hft.


What will you be doing?

With the implementation of a new strategy, we are ambitious to grow to help even more people with a learning disability.

This role supports the delivery of Individual Giving campaigns across acquisition and retention including door drops, digital, lottery, telemarketing, appeals, stewardship materials and supporter journeys


You will:


  • Support a strategy to ensure people with a learning disability are at the very heart of our communications that engage and inspire different audiences.
  • Support the development of supporter campaigns and integrated activities to develop supporter relations and increase engagement
  • Help identify new opportunities for supporter engagement and income generation

About you

You will need:


  • Strong project management experience
  • A passion for developing person and experienceled storytelling
  • The ability to work flexibly and independently, and manage competing priorities
