We are looking for an Individual Giving Officer to join our friendly and welcoming team here at Hft. This is your chance to make a real difference to people's lives.

Help people with a learning disability live their best lives possible by using your supporter engagement skills as an Individual Giving Officer at Hft.

What will you be doing?

With the implementation of a new strategy, we are ambitious to grow to help even more people with a learning disability.

This role supports the delivery of Individual Giving campaigns across acquisition and retention including door drops, digital, lottery, telemarketing, appeals, stewardship materials and supporter journeys

You will:

Support a strategy to ensure people with a learning disability are at the very heart of our communications that engage and inspire different audiences.
Support the development of supporter campaigns and integrated activities to develop supporter relations and increase engagement
Help identify new opportunities for supporter engagement and income generation

About you

You will need:

Strong project management experience
A passion for developing person and experienceled storytelling
The ability to work flexibly and independently, and manage competing priorities
