Customer Service Advisor

Salary:
£22,757.28
**Hours of Work: Average 42 hrs per week, working between 8am and 8pm, on a 4 on

4 off basis**

What you will be doing:

Upholding the standards of CLV's Service Charter, to ensure the commitments made to our customers are always delivered
Dealing with sales queries and viewings
Managing the residents stay with CLV, including room inspections, arrears management, incident and complaint management, and property presentation
