REED Engineering are happy to be representing a client who is a leading manufacturer and supplier of commercial glass internationally, who are looking for an in-house Quality Manager to join their senior management team to further implement and pioneer qualitypractices, methodologies, and training with their products and staff.

They current have ISO accreditation and are looking for someone to join their team who has a strong background in Quality Engineering and Manufacturing, ideally from a strong process driven background and experience with NPI/ NPD as each of their productsare custom made and manufactured.

> Minimum of 2 years experience within Quality Engineering - Inspection/ NPI/ ISO/ Audit/ Management

> Experience both working with management and Quality teams, as well as production teams and customers, to ensure a clear understanding of the requirements are in place, rapport is built and problems are addressed at or before the time of an issue

> A strong personality, whereby you have the knowledge to do the job right, but the strength to stand up for the correct process, and work with other senior management to share this opinion and explain it.

In return, this position will offer
