Description
We are looking for a dynamic and meticulous Recruitment and Resource Coordinator to join our fast-paced team. This is an interesting role that combines Recruitment and Deployment, so no two days are ever the same.

  • Whilst this position is initially a 12 month fixed term maternity cover, it has a view to be made permanent for the right individual. We offer agile working but would require a minimum of 3 days per week in our Head Office based in Skipton
  • Main duties:
  • Help coordinate the recruitment process including advertising, CV shortlisting, interview requests, feedback and offers
  • Deploying and communicating labour movements with employees and line managers
  • Responsible for compiling various data and reviewing key reports
  • Updating and amalgamating the Resource Forecasts
  • What we require:

  • Ability to prioritise workload and multitask effectively
