Role:
Visa Services Consultant


Start:

ASAP

Location:
Frankfurt (full time office based)


Salary:
€32,000 to €35,000 per annum
Working hours: 8-hour schedule between 8.00 am pm (Flexible)

Responsibilities

  • Entering data onto consulate electronic forms
  • Maintaining accurate database records
  • Cross checking completed workloads to ensure the data record is accurate
  • Managing own time to ensure maximum efficiency whilst remaining flexible to changing priorities.
  • Managing electronic filing systems and scanning of files.

Requirements:


  • Fluency in English to a high standard (Both written and spoken)
  • Essential
  • Fluency in German (Essential) any other languages are advantageous
  • Proven excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills and good telephone manner
  • Proven organisational abilities and time management skills
  • Graduate level degree or equivalent (desirable but not essential)
