What will you contribute?


The Enterprise Commercial Finance Lead will have responsibility for all commercial finance aspects of the Enterprise business and will be aligned by regional responsibility as well as a LOB.

This may be include responsibilities on any other special projects and/or day-to-day activities as required.


Responsibilities & Deliverables:

Your deliverables as Enterprise Commercial Finance Lead will include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Early involvement in contracts to influence structure and commercials maximising value.
  • Subscription ensure company standards are understood and adhered to.
  • Protection of Recurring Revenue Streams
  • Coordinating and producing forecast and actual OI for Global Services, Licenses and Recurring
  • Backlog review, report and forecast
  • Review and challenge royalties, agents fees and other third party expenditure validity and viability within deal commercials
  • Commissions review of actuals and guidance to Sales teams as appropriate
  • Coordination with SSC advise on bookings, review contracts, help teams to assimilate contracts into Sales Orders to Revenue rec decision making
  • Regional Pricing level review and analysis
  • Ensure processes are followed
  • Deal reviews, revenue at risk procedures, etc
  • Support audit requirements
  • Controls processes defined, understood and adhered to
  • Process improvement with sales, sales ops, regional management team, group Finance.
  • Work with BU teams as relevant in QBR preparation and reviews and time to revenue implications from pipeline deals
  • Own cash management alongside Credit Control and the Business Owners focus on driving down aged and disputed amounts for all lines of business
  • Working capital optimisation, interlock with regional finance and credit control as required
  • Ad hoc analysis as requested

Required Experience:


  • Postsecondary education in finance/accounting
  • CPA (CA, CMA, or CGA) designation
  • 7 years' experience in a commercial role
  • Previous experience working with diverse functions on client contracts advantageous
  • Communication (written and verbal) at all levels within the company is critical to the role
