This is an unmissable opportunity to step into a role that allows you to to work for a fast paced, award winning property investment company and help with the acquisition of properties and compliance with the various regulations.

More than 800 properties have been bought in the last 5 years and we are looking for somebody who can help to grow the business even further.

Duties will include but not limited to**:

Must have some knowledge of property refurbishment with a good eye for detail
Liaise with estate agents/sellers and arrange viewing for contractors, along with personally visiting them and providing an estimate for the works required
Arranging and managing contractors and overseeing refurbishment works
To perform quality control checks of properties following the refurbishment works and documenting them and ensure any snagging issues are resolved.
Liaise with meter companies for conversion of gas/electric meters from previous owners to present landlords
To receive and handover council tax letters to the landlords, handle relevant telephone enquiries
To support the Property Refurbishment Manager in the management of all utility contracts
To demonstrate a willingness to undertake training as required for the development of the post and enhancement of the skill base
To support the Property Acquisition officer in all aspects
Reasonable knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, MS Excel
Any other adhoc duties, as per the business requirement
Work hours : to 5.30p.m
Mileage is paid at 0.45p per mile if own car is used for business purposes; company car may be provided in the future

The person should own a vehicle and a clean driving licence

Experience:
Work experience in real estate organization would be given an advantage. However, full training will be provided.

Salary:
£20,000.00-£22,000.00 per year
