Strive Training is looking for a driven Business Relationship Coordinator to join their dynamic Employment Support Team.

Ideally you would have an IAG qualification and/or previous recruitment experience.

The role of the Business Relationship Coordinator includes the following:


  • Liaise with Job Centres and other outside agencies such as Work Programme providers to ensure ongoing positive relationships and referrals to training programmes.
  • Establish, maintain, and develop positive and effective professional working relationships with advisors and partner agency staff and our Learners.
  • Complete the referral process for all prospective referrals onto Strive Training SWAP's and VLE courses ensuring all referrals meet the eligibility criteria.
  • Record and inform the Job Centre and partner agencies of any referrals in our pipeline that haven't fully registered and encourage full enrolments to be made for all our courses.
  • Complete any administrative duties required by the Job Centre or partner agencies as part of the booking and referral process.
  • Ensure that all referrals that come in through the inbox are entered into our CRM within 2448 days and partners are informed of the contact made to their customers.
  • Manage the registration inbox and deal with queries in an efficient manner.
  • Looking through referral trackers daily and reconnecting with learners to submit their registrations to boost course numbers.
  • Taking calls from learners and partners answer queries, chase up referrals and tracking learner progress.
  • Support any promotional virtual events or open days scheduled by the Job Centre and partner agencies to capture potential referrals and support the recruitment process with your line manager as and when required.
  • Maximise learner progression opportunities by signposting and promoting other Strive Training courses that learners could progress to and complete the enrolment and booking process.
  • Actively promote Strive Training courses through leaflet distribution and other promotional activities as and when required.
  • Support centre administration, assessment, and enrolment processes as and when required.
  • Attend partner job fairs and events where required actively promoting Strive Training and identify potential opportunities.
  • Maximise opportunities to actively share and promote Strive Success to partners and external agencies, by sharing reviews weekly that come in.
  • Ensure all KPI's and targets are met in line with overall Business Development Team objectives.
  • Attend team meetings as and when required.
  • Ensure any safeguarding concerns are escalated to the Designated Safeguarding Lead.
  • Ensure compliance with Health and Safety Legislation and all other relevant legislation.
