Production Assembly Operatives wanted NOW

Wickford, Essex

Salary:
£10.75 per hour / Weekly Pay

Hours:
Lates 2:15pm to 10:30pm

Monday to Friday's / NO Weekends

Temporary to permanent Positions here

We are recruiting for an established manufacturing company based in the heart of Wickford's Industrial Estate, our client provides high quality products and you can become part of a well-run team and learn a production process which can be seen from start to end distribution within a Factory & Warehousing environment.

Duties:

Must be comfortable working with hands/small hand cutting tools and other fiddly objects or products.
Lifting and moving finished products to goods out areas.
Order picking and preparation / Prepare all orders.
Working with metal, material, plastic products of various shapes/sizes.
Working as part of a team.
Ensure that product quality is observed and maintained throughout.
Undertake any other reasonable tasks and duties as directed by your Line Manager.
After full training, you will be required to operate machinery such as cherry pickers, pillar drills, saws, and more, they provide further prospects and training here too.

Person Specification:

Experience of working within a production or manufacturing assembly line environment would be desirable.
Passionate about getting it right and doing a job well
Standard speaking of English and good communication skills.
Good eye for detail.
Calm under pressure and happy to work to tight deadlines.
Good awareness of working areas and following health and safety guidelines.
Must be comfortable handling lamb, beef, and chicken.
Own Transport is desirable but not essential.
