As a Mental Health Account Manager, you will be responsible for generating gross profit for Hoop Recruitment through the placement of personnel into ad-hoc shifts and ongoing bookings.


  • Retaining and growing your network / workforce
  • Identifying new business opportunities and leads
  • Understanding the legal and ethical responsibilities of a recruitment agency

Job Detail:

  • Maintaining existing client relationships by service calling clients frequently to ensure we are servicing and fulfilling their needs and using this to identify future needs
  • To have an extensive understanding of the service, the care it provides and the skills it requires for all staff
  • Writing creative adverts (in line with company policy) to post on company website and current job boards
  • Using relationships with existing staff to seek referrals
  • Market yourself as a recruiter in your sector
  • Attend relevant events to promote Hoop Recruitment
  • Understand and meet agreed KPIs and targets
  • Ensuring applicants are kept up to date with the clearance process and are ready to work in a timely manner
  • Ensuring targets and KPI are met to ensure a sufficient pipeline
