Responsibilities:


  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via various face to face channels
  • Provide information about products and services
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner
  • Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions

Qualifications:


  • Previous experience in a customer service role preferred
  • Strong analytical skills to assess customer inquiries and provide accurate solutions
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively

Job Types:

Pay:
From £23,688.89 per year
