Description
Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via various face to face channels
- Provide information about products and services
- Handle and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer service role preferred
- Strong analytical skills to assess customer inquiries and provide accurate solutions
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively

From £23,688.89 per year
