If organisation is your middle name, we want to hear from you We're looking for a sharp and meticulous Supply Chain Coordinator to become an integral cog in assisting our Supply Chain Team and ensure we have continuous adequate stock in our warehouses.

The team objective is to ensure we have continuous adequate stock in our warehouses.

**Responsibilities

  • Manage the full life cycle of purchases, including obtaining quotations, price negotiation, chasing suppliers and refund requests for noncompliant goods.
  • Follow the forecast to meet the packaging requirements and send POs when needed, considering the lead times in place.
  • Arrange shipping and logistics; analyse and obtain the best transportation prices.
  • Assist in planning production and monitor work in progress within production to ensure any component supply issues are addressed in time.
  • Manage orders and component stock with our subcontractors.
  • Prioritise component deliveries to ensure timely deliveries to meet production schedules and effectively communicate all information to the affected teams.
  • Liaising with the Supply Chain Planner and Supply Chain Manager to understand the production schedule.
  • Running reports and maintaining/updating software and databases in Excel and/or Netsuite Software.
  • Preparing cost analyses and reports to evaluate costefficient levels of stock and prices.
  • Attend production meetings and provide a concise summary of any component availability issues which could impact our ability to meet production plans.
  • Communicate weekly and monthly plans for the Wrapping department.
  • Manage packaging stock control.
  • Manage stock control in Fourfront.
  • Working with NPD to organise ordering requirements for launches.
  • Working with the Quality teams and Goods In to monitor rejects.
  • Working closely with accounts, warehouse, production planning and stock control.
  • Manage certain projects assigned to the Supply Chain Manager.
**About You

  • At least 3 years' experience working in a similar Supply Chain Coordinator role in the UK is essential.
  • Solid planning experience.
  • Experience of working in fastpaced, highvolume SKU environments.
  • Strong numeracy, planning and organisation skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong analytical skills experienced in creating and producing reports for data analysis.
  • Strong experience in using Microsoft Office with an intermediate to advanced level of Excel.
  • Confident in using the following Excel features: sumifs, pivot tables, VlookUps and HlookUps.
  • A strong understanding of procurement/supply chain procedures.
**Additional

  • Full time: 9am 5pm, Monday to Friday.
  • Office is conveniently located just 3minute walk from Beddington Lane Tram stop, which is connected to East Croydon and Wimbledon both 20 minutes away. Approx minutes travel time from South / South West London.
  • Hybrid working with a minimum of 3 days a week in the office.
  • Onsite parking is available.
  • 25 days annual leave plus other fantastic perks
  • Starting salary: £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
  • Position is available immediately.
