    The Role:

    Hourly Paid or Fixed Term Sessional Teaching Fellows in Accounting, Economics and Finance.

    We are seeking to appoint Sessional Teaching Fellows in Accounting, Economics and Finance to support teaching within the School of Accounting, Economics and Finance.

    The appointee may deliver teaching on any of the courses within the School.

    • Financial Reporting
    • Management Accounting
    • Financial Management
    • Microeconomics
    • Macroeconomics
    • Quantitative Economics (with the ability to use, demonstrate the use of, and teaching of Microsoft Excel as a primary tool and Eviews, Power BI, Python, R and Stata as secondary tools)

    The successful candidate will be expected to teach at introductory, intermediate and advanced levels in both undergraduate and postgraduate taught courses.

    Hours of work will depend on the subject area of the applicant, the applicant's availability, and the needs within the School during the academic year.

    The working pattern for this post is to be agreed as per Sessional Teaching requirements.

    Job Requirements:

    The appointee should have expertise in Accounting, Economics and Finance.

    The appointee must be able to teach specialized areas of the curriculum related to their expertise, or more general cover for teaching across our courses when required.
