Paper Bag Company are part of the

a leading packaging specialist working with a diverse range of clients in the food & drink, health & beauty, and candle glass sectors.

This is a varied and challenging role supporting the development of sales across all product ranges. The role will be office based.

Key Responsibilities:

Deal with incoming calls from suppliers and customers.
Cultivate and manage client relationships to understand their needs.
Provide accurate estimates of costs/quotes and timelines for print projects.
Liaise with production teams to ensure project feasibility, align pricing and ensure deadlines are met.
Coordinate with sales, marketing, and production teams to optimise workflows.
Serve as the main contact for client inquiries and address concerns promptly.
Guarantee client satisfaction through exemplary service delivery and meeting expectations.
Maintain accurate records of sales interactions and project details.
Desk based market and competitor research.

Skills Required:

Excellent numeracy, literacy, administration and organisation skills, along with the ability to work well with a small team and under varying workloads and time pressures.
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
A self starter capable of acting and working under their own initiative.
An eye for detail and the ability to produce high quality and accurate work.
A flexible approach to work activities and the ability to manage multiple and changing priorities.
Strong IT skills
A positive attitude and a creative mind.
