We currently have a vacancy for an experienced M&E draught person who would like to work up to 16 hrs.

per week providing both high level and detailed M&E information including; schedules of loads, services requirements, plant room layouts, wiring diagrams and schematics, cable sizing and specification.

We design, manufacture and install sauna cabins and steam rooms to both commercial and high end residential clients including all technical equipment within the plant areas.

The role would require you to work collaboratively with several internal departments:

Design team: to coordinate mechanical and electrical services alongside design drawings
Production team: providing drawings to work from to create prefabricated plant room equipment panels
Installation team: provide clear drawings for the site team to work from when installing 1st fix services and plant room equipment

Ideally, we are looking for an M&E draughts person with:

Minimum 3 years' experience of using CAD software
Minimum 3 years' experience designing and drawing M&E systems, evidence of previous work would be desirable
Previous experience of working onsite installing M&E services and commissioning technical equipment, preferred but not essential.
Organizational skills and ability to prioritise own workload to meet tight deadlines.
