2nd line IT Support Analyst

Circa £28,000 + benefits

Birmingham, West Midlands (commutable from Solihull, Sutton Coldfield, Coventry, Redditch, Tamworth, etc )


We are looking for someone to join the IT Service Desk at our client in Birmingham as a 2nd line support.

This is a nationwide, award winning company, with over 50 years of experience. You will receive excellent training and development, and will have manydifferent progression routes available to you.


Requirements:


  • Minimum 1 year of working at MSP (Essential)
  • Previous experience of logging tickets
  • Advanced knowledge of Active Directory, Windows and Microsoft office 36
  • Open to learning and developing within the company
