Description
***In the role of a Customer Service Assistant, you will be responsible for:- Dealing with customer queries, mostly on line but also over the phone and in person
- Assisting with delivery queries and concerns
- Creating shipping labels, ensuring all SKU packaging codes correspond accordingly
- Producing relevant paperwork for online orders
- Supporting warehouse staff when above tasks are completed each day (there will / may be an element of heavy lifting on occasion)
- Always maintaining good health & safety practices, including the proper manual handing of stock, and keeping areas clean and tidy
- Working as a part of a team to meet customer order requirements
- Other General Warehouse duties as and when required
- Previous experience in a Customer Service role
- A friendly, approachable demeanour with excellent communication skills
- Good IT and administration skills
- Numerate and detail orientated
- Organised, and able to work under pressure
- Proven ability to work independently and responsibly with mínimal supervision, but also as part of a team
- A positive "cando" attitude, hardworking and happy to diversify from tasks as required by the demands of the business
