Description
***In the role of a Customer Service Assistant, you will be responsible for:
  • Dealing with customer queries, mostly on line but also over the phone and in person
  • Assisting with delivery queries and concerns
  • Creating shipping labels, ensuring all SKU packaging codes correspond accordingly
  • Producing relevant paperwork for online orders
  • Supporting warehouse staff when above tasks are completed each day (there will / may be an element of heavy lifting on occasion)
  • Always maintaining good health & safety practices, including the proper manual handing of stock, and keeping areas clean and tidy
  • Working as a part of a team to meet customer order requirements
  • Other General Warehouse duties as and when required
To be considered for the Customer Service Assistant you must have:

  • Previous experience in a Customer Service role
  • A friendly, approachable demeanour with excellent communication skills
  • Good IT and administration skills
  • Numerate and detail orientated
  • Organised, and able to work under pressure
  • Proven ability to work independently and responsibly with mínimal supervision, but also as part of a team
  • A positive "cando" attitude, hardworking and happy to diversify from tasks as required by the demands of the business
