We are a Charge Point Operator (CPO) dedicated to working with Local Authorities and private businesses who wish to accelerate the deployment of EV charging solutions to meet their residents'/visitor's needs.

It is our belief that we can help revolutionise the EV charging marketplace by delivering at scale and offering fully funded solutions.

You'll be joining this exciting journey, at the start of our scale-up phase, helping us to hit the ambitious targets our shareholders have set.

Given the nature of the business, you'll need to be able to deal with ambiguity, a dynamic environment (as the EV charging value chain is constantly changing) and a fast pace where there is a real focus on results achieved as a team.

Reporting Line


The role reports to the Chief of Staff, and in this position you will be responsible for all leadership team and office admin.

You will work closely with the Chief of Staff in supporting the CEO and Leadership Team and take the lead on all office admin projects.

The business is currently head quartered in Waterloo. We also have an office in Leeds.


The role entails working three days per week in the London office, but with flexibility to work from home around that.


MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Prioritizing the Leadership Team's commitments
  • Ensuring all correspondence relating to meetings are answered and actioned in a timely manner.
  • Help to organise Team meetings and events.
  • Central point of contact, keep team connected, cascading communication, circulate materials, send task reminders as required.
  • Maintain overview of team activities / movements
  • Travel bookings and related arrangements for the CEO and Leadership Team
  • Research and propose best mode of travel, routing, and timings.
  • Use the approved company online tool, mindful of the T&E policy.
  • Prepare and provide itineraries and appropriate ticketing.
  • Ensuring all office supplies are ordered and stocks records are kept.
  • Enthusiastic self starter, keen to take on responsibility and ownership.
  • Excellent communicator with good interpersonal skills
  • Excellent multitasker agile and able to juggle priorities sensibly and sensitively.
  • Excellent organisational, prioritisation, judgement and decisionmaking skills.
  • Flexible with an approachable and friendly manner, calm under pressure
  • Tactful, discreet and diplomatic
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, virtual meeting systems
  • Intermediate Excel skills an advantage
  • Relevant experience working as a Team Assistant
Qualifications and Education

  • Minimum A level or equivalent
  • Evidence of working in an environment with conflicting time demands.

  • Exhibits resilience, patience and understanding.
  • Excellent computer and literacy skills including Windowsbased software programmes, primarily Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

  • Able to deal with ambiguity that comes with being a startup.
