Job Role

Our Senior Health Care Assistants will:

  • Support and lead a team of carers
  • Medication administration
  • Provide a high level of care to the residents
  • Assist those that require it with:
  • Mobility
  • Personal Care
  • Dressing
  • Continence Care
  • Initiate and participate in recreational activities
**Education, Skills and qualifications:

  • Ability to carry out Care Plans
  • At least 1 years' experience as a Senior Carer
  • An NVQ Level 3 qualification in health and social care
  • Ability to administer medication
  • Good verbal and written skills
  • Good observational skills
  • The ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships
