Salary Scale: 13-18 Salary: £19,402.73-£22,208.51 per annum FTE; Actual salary: £8,244.01-£9,436.16 per annum

We are seeking to appoint enthusiastic, experienced and skilled practitioners to develop, continually improve and promote our ambitious vision for excellence in supporting students with special educational needs (SEND) within the Directorate of Inclusive Learning at our Kirkley Hall Campus, Ponteland.
You will work in partnership with curriculum teams, student progress & development and student support services in the development of effective individualised support strategies ensuring students with SEND can overcome their barriers to learning and be fully involved within the College community.
You will also have a good standard of verbal and written communication and will work flexibly as part of a team who deliver this service throughout the College.
Applicants should be able to demonstrate, in their personal statement, practical examples of how they fulfil the person specification.
Due to the nature of this post you will be required to undertake an Enhanced Disclosure Check.
