Job title:
Commercial Litigation Solicitor 2-5 years PQE


Salary:
Dependant on PQE


Hours:
Full time, Flexible working.

Location:
Stockton-on-tees, easy access by car with free parking.


Your new company:


The Wynyard office is a small open plan office with a sociable supportive team, a slightly different feel to their other offices.

Your day to day:


You will be working with the Commercial Litigation Partners with the opportunity to work on a wide range of complex high quality cases across the North of England and beyond.

You will be responsible for managing your own case load as well as assisting the partner on larger, more complex cases.

This could includes B2B contract disputes, shareholder and partnership disputes, professional negligence, property litigation, construction and engineering disputes, contentious probate and defamation
You are expected to have excellent client service and develop strong working relationships.
You will also engage in business development duties to help grow the firm.


Skills and experience:

(required) Minimum 2 years PQE
(required) Experience in Commercial Litigation.
Excellent analytical skills
Keen attention to detail
Strong work ethic
Excellent problem solver and willing to support the rest of the team.
