Operational Processes Coordinator
The Operational Processes Coordinator will support the Global Security Operations (GSO) team in EMEA in assuring the ability to successfully deliver a bespoke security program across the region.
Using analytical skills to proactively plan actions and tasks to aid in the execution of a project they are leading or supporting.
Facilitate effective and collaborative relationships with stakeholders and Security partners to ensure the cross-pollination of pertinent information and functional joint operations.
Lead a regional alarm remediation program to allow for the most efficient use of Security and partnering teams resources in their day-to-day operations.
Ensure the implementation of effective GSO documentation to support the team's ability to deliver a successful security program across the region.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Proactive planning and execution of Global Security projects and/or tasks
- Foster and maintain successful relationships with stakeholders and security partners
- Crosspollination of pertinent information to relevant partners and stakeholders
- Leading a regional alarm remediation program
- Maintain an operational understanding of the regional security program and research industry emergency management standards to support strategic initiatives, projects, and security program
- Implement departmental documentation to aid in the delivery of the regional security program
- Maintain departmental documentation to ensure operational readiness
- Regional POC for security conditions and maintain a constant awareness of ongoing and upcoming events that may impact the conditions
- Perform quality assurance functions
- Support regional security leadership in their responses to critical incidents
- Identify opportunities for meaningful collaboration with Security partners to develop jointoperations
- Study KPI data to identify areas of improvement in the technology, process, and delivery
- Produce client and vendor reports to a high standard in a timely manner
- Engage with internal partners to understand system capabilities/limitations and leverage knowledge gained to improve GSO operational capabilities
Special Skills and Attributes:
- Able to communicate clearly and succinctly in technical and nontechnical formats
- Highly proficient with IT
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
- Understanding of the regional security climate
- Able to work with confidential and highly sensitive information
