As a result of exciting growth, this global-leading insurance broker is seeking a talented Team Leader within its Leeds city centre office.

Our client is very much a household name company; a business whose client list also includes some of the most well-known organisations across the globe.

You'll be working within an exciting new division that the company has launched, which caters for the insurance requirements of SMEs (Small to Medium-Sized Enterprises).

Using sophisticated technology, this specialist team is able to provide innovative insurance solutions across a wide range of industry sectors, including but not limited to Construction, Contracting, Retail, Distribution and Property Owners.

Managing a team of 8 Account Managers, who service the ongoing requirements of customers, this is a varied role which will include duties such as training, coaching, mentoring, conducting appraisals, and dealing with referrals.

You'll benefit from a hybrid-working arrangement, which will allow you to work from home a couple of times a week if you so wish.

However, initially, during your training period of 5/6 weeks, you will be expected to work from the office pretty much full-time.
