Willmotts Transport is one of the largest independent warehousing and distribution companies in the South West, based just outside of Shepton Mallet, near Bristol.

Due to continued success and growth, we are looking for a Warehouse Operative to join our friendly and dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

Take part in the daytoday operation of our warehouses and storage facilities
Taking delivery of goods for storage
Checking for damaged or missing items
Moving stock by hand or with machines
Destuffing containers
Loading / unloading trailers either for deliveries or collections
Cleaning the warehouse

Key Competencies:

Proven experience in a warehouse setting
Able to work as part of a team and alone
Capability to report correct information to colleagues
You will thrive in a fastpaced environment
Must have forklift licence (inhouse certificates accepted)

Benefits:

After 2 year's unbroken service employees will receive an additional day's holiday which will increase by an extra day (pro rata where necessary) after each additional full years' service up to a maximum of 3 days.
The Company hold a Group Death in Service policy
