Recruitment Assistant - Polish Speaking

Salary:
£24000 pro rata (20 hours per week)

We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated, and capable individual to join our personnel onboarding team.

As a recruitment assistant, you will act as the first point of contact to recruit seasonal cleaning and ancillary services staff to support the business requirements.


Reporting into the Operations Management Team and working cooperatively within our group of Head Office specialists, you will be encouraged to take go the extra mile to find the best personnel for each of our contracts and provide the best service to our clients.

This is an exciting opportunity which will suit a self-motivated, strong communicator who thrives on driving business, utilising their proven negotiation and relationship building skills.

You need to be able to demonstrate:
Good Administration Skills - experience using Microsoft Word/Excel and Outlook would be beneficial.

Clear, well presented, and confident communication skills.

Excellent customer service skills

Fluent (or very high level) English and Polish - Speaking, Reading, and Writing.

Key responsibilities of the role will include:
Assisting the Operations Manager with mobilisation of staff and transport schedule for incoming workforce.
