We have an excellent permanent opportunity for an IT Support Coordinator to join a multi-tenanted office facility, based in West London.

As an IT Support Coordinator, you will act as the first line of support for IT-related issues and scenarios from employees across the organisation as well as your on-site clients.

You will ensure that all IT equipment and hardware is set up correctly, and you will oversee repairs and any troubleshooting for these devices, including all PCs, telephony systems and printers as well as access control systems and CCTV.

Working alongside a network of dedicated IT support providers, you will identify issues and problems quickly and efficiently, before coordinating with the appropriate supplier, ensuing mínimal business disruption for your clients.
