What's the Role?:


As a Telesales Executive at Ginger, you'll be at the forefront of our sales efforts, playing a pivotal role in driving revenue growth through impactful telephone-based communication.

Your core responsibilities will revolve around proactive outreach to potential clients, identifying their business needs, and effectively conveying how our digital marketing and video solutions can address those needs.


In the initial phase of the role, you'll focus on lead generation and qualification, conducting preliminary discussions, and closely collaborating with our sales and marketing teams.

Over the course of approximately six months, we anticipate that you'll develop the expertise and confidence to independently navigate the sales process.


Your ability to forge meaningful customer relationships and skilfully communicate our value proposition will be instrumental in meeting sales targets and bolstering the overall success of our business.


A Day in Your Work Life Might Include:

  • Progressing leads through the sales pipeline and updating customer records.
  • Booking internal meetings with team members
  • Attending exhibitions and occasional events for prospecting purposes.
  • Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and pipelines to track progress and performance
  • Shadowing the sales director to enhance your skills and knowledge.

What We Need From You:


  • Someone who loves to pick up the phone and make calls
  • Enthusiasm for the role and our products.
  • Selfmotivation and a willingness to learn and progress.
  • Minimum 1year telesales experience.
  • Proficiency with computers and the ability to adapt to new systems.
  • Reliability and a valid driver's license with access to a car.
