We are now recruiting for a well-established company, currently in an exciting expansion phase based in Croxley Green


You'll be joining a team of around 25 in the Client Engagement Team, the purpose of the role is to deliver successful client engagement.

This is a multi-skilled role where you will be expected to deliver the improve the client experience and build long termclient relationships.

It is a fantastic opportunity where there will be opportunity to develop and progress

Key Responsibilities:


Account Management

  • Understanding of the client's needs, and how these translate into job management, client communications and revenue recognition for the fee earners
  • Ensuring that all client work packages and jobs are closed promptly to allow revenue recognition
  • Ensure the client understands the status of all their work, and all the key dependencies on all their projects
  • Be the key Client liaison and contact point, and manage all client communications on behalf of all internal Stakeholders

Delivery of Client Service

  • Manage the deliverables through project plans and schedules that have been agreed with the Technical Specifiers and Operational teams
  • Manage if/ when meetings with clients are required and facilitate these
  • Ensure Clients are meeting their deliverables

Internal Stakeholders

  • Ensure Stakeholders are meeting their deliverables and all stakeholder expectations
  • Working through job scheduling
  • Coordinating planning, understanding contractual needs and commitments
  • Supporting the Head of Client Engagement on risk mitigation plans, process improvements and internal communications where required
  • Monitor targets weekly to ensure the maximum opportunity and making necessary adjustments to meet monthly and annual contract completion delivery targets
  • Support and work with Client Engagement team to review and balance workloads to minimise overloading and work shortages and looking for process improvements to maximise efficiency and minimise waste

Client Engagement Improvement

  • Drive necessary changes, proactively contribute to continuous improvement measures (people, processes, software development), that lead to increased client care, satisfaction, and retention, whilst increasing internal Stakeholder chargeable utilisation
  • Support the '5 days to produce a Contract' requirement

What the employer is looking for:

  • Min 2 years client focused or account management experience
  • Strong client focused background with a passion for relationship building
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • Planning, organising and numeracy skills
