Description
This is a Monday to Friday role, hours are from 8:30am to 5pm.Duties:
- Updating internal CRM system (tracking and data entry), with accurate and relevant customer information (training provided).
- Working in a team environment to ensure that customer/partner queries are dealt with in a timely and efficient manner.
- Responsibility of managing quotes via our energy platform (training provided).
- Responsibility of processing customer contracts via multiple platforms (training provided).
- Additional tasks may be assigned, when necessary, by management.
- Organisation is key regarding tracking updates and inputting data for customers.
- Ability to prioritise and manage workload efficiently, paying attention to recognise important opportunities.
- Good mathematical and analytical skills with a logical mindset and problemsolving abilities with attention to detail and accuracy.
- A strong level of computer literacy.
- Background in customer service required.
- Experience in using Microsoft Excel.
- Training on processes and the industry will be provided.
- Experience of the energy industry would be ideal but is not integral.
