Description
This is a Monday to Friday role, hours are from 8:30am to 5pm.


Duties:


  • Updating internal CRM system (tracking and data entry), with accurate and relevant customer information (training provided).
  • Working in a team environment to ensure that customer/partner queries are dealt with in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Responsibility of managing quotes via our energy platform (training provided).
  • Responsibility of processing customer contracts via multiple platforms (training provided).
  • Additional tasks may be assigned, when necessary, by management.
  • Organisation is key regarding tracking updates and inputting data for customers.
  • Ability to prioritise and manage workload efficiently, paying attention to recognise important opportunities.
  • Good mathematical and analytical skills with a logical mindset and problemsolving abilities with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • A strong level of computer literacy.
  • Background in customer service required.
  • Experience in using Microsoft Excel.
  • Training on processes and the industry will be provided.
  • Experience of the energy industry would be ideal but is not integral.
